Kip Marlow

Kip Marlow is a small business owner and entrepreneur coach, mentor, and advisor.  He has over 30 years of experience in operating companies and developing people, sales growth, and profits.  As a leader, coach, and advisor, Kip has demonstrated his effectiveness by assisting people to set and achieve their personal and business goals.

Prior to starting his professional coaching business, Kip founded, managed, and finally sold his company (Marlow Surgical Technologies) to an NYSE corporation.  Marlow Surgical developed most of its own products, imported instruments from England, Australia, and Germany, and marketed its products worldwide.  Kip held nine co-patents on a variety of surgical instruments specifically for minimally invasive surgery in the gynecology field.  Marlow’s products are known for their quality and precision, which assisted surgeons in decreasing hospital costs, as well as decreasing surgical time.

Kip’s successful history as a business owner for 22 years, as well as his coaching experience and training, enables him to be a uniquely qualified professional business coach.  This experience will go a long way in assisting business owners and entrepreneurs in a very substantial way.  He has actually “been there and done that”.

Kip is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, former vice-chairman and Trustee of a private non-denominational school, and former Board Chairman of a local YMCA.  He resides in Willoughby Ohio with his wife Sallie of 39 years.  He raised three sons, Kurt, Kevin, and Kasey.  Kasey is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio), and is now a partner in The Marlow Group, LLC.

Kasey Marlow

Kasey Marlow assists small business owners and entrepreneurs to achieve the ultimate goal of “working ON the business, not IN the business.”  He specializes in working with successful entrepreneurs who have a passion to be even more successful.

Kasey’s past business experience include being a Life, Health, and Annuity agent in Florida and Ohio.  He has facilitated workshops for many entrepreneurs in strategic selling and strategic marketing.  He is currently a partner in The Marlow Group, LLC, and Vice President of the Audio Group, LLC.

He is a graduate of Gilmour Academy High School in Gates Mills, Ohio, and has his B.A. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  He also attended Regents College in London, England, studying International Economics and International Business Law.  Kasey is a graduate of Coach University and an active member of the International Coaching Federation.

Outside the business arena, Kasey has enjoyed volunteering for the Butler County, Ohio Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and supervising at The Samaritan House for Boys in Stuart, Florida, a Christian based organization helping “at risk” children between the ages of 8 and 13.  He enjoys exercising and is an avid sports fan.  Kasey also belongs to The Lake County Entrepreneurs Club and The East Side Entrepreneurs Club, where he continues to learn about the variety of issues facing the small business owner.
